I maintained a brief and civil communication with CS but every time I asked what exactly I had done wrong they simply ignored the question. Needless to say I don't use bots (although relentless accolade hunting might be mistaken for botting) and my primary account was still working just fine. When I contacted CS I was only met with a copy & paste response saying that the account was banned for botting. Frustration grew for a long time and on top of that I one day found that my secondary account had been banned without warning or any information. With every patch though it seemed something new broke in the Accolades system and the community's attempts to communicate with Cryptic were always met with silence. Those of you who know me, know that I invested huge amounts of time and effort in the Accolades community. I will leave the story here since people were curious of what happened and as a remainder of how easily customer satisfaction can be broken.
